Sending e-Newsletters to members

I sent a newsletter out to “all members” but it only went to 152 and we have 197 registered.
Just wondering why.

Dear client,
Please refer to the following example.
#R1001
- Name: Jane Smith
- Prefered Email Address: mom.smith@gmail.com
- Email Address (Cc) *: dad.smith@gmail.com
#R1002
- Name: John Smith
- Prefered Email Address: mom.smith@gmail.com
- Email Address (Cc) *: dad.smith@gmail.com
In this case,
The system sends the newsletter only once to mom.smith@gmail.com and dad.smith@gmail.com.
That's the reason. ^^
